Personnel File Opt-In
Harold managed to make a copy of the hospital's personnel files before Aurora deleted them. (IC reference: log where this took place.)
Per mod description, "These files contain their names, height, and weight as of first arrival in Etraya - a basic health profile, built before they woke up. They also contain a summary overview of their personalities, likes, fears, those who are important to them, and those they dislike."
This only applies to characters accepted in the January 2025 app round or earlier and it is strictly opt-in. If you don't want Harold to have your character's personnel file, that's totally fine! I'll just say he missed it somehow!
Harold is not at all likely to share any of this information publicly, or even to let on that he has it, but it will subtly inform his interactions with those characters. And he may provide some of this to his associates (Reese, Shaw, potentially Carver(?)) to assist them as needed. Generally though he's very circumspect with his intel.

What would be in their file? I actually rewrote Castiel's info page to be from an in-universe perspective a while back, so everything there is fair game. The history is 'blacked out' because it wasn't specified to be part of the information that Aurora had saved, but I wrote it before I realized that, so whether or not you include it is up to your discretion.

Cheerful, easy-going, nearly impossible to anger, but ruthless once he gets there. Extremely fond of Monkey D. Luffy and those Monkey D. Luffy considers friends, even though the Luffy here isn't the Luffy from his universe.
He likes alcohol, especially sake. His a master at swordfighting, very proficient at sailing and everything related to sailing, and he's a decent shot and cook.

Sephiroth is a genetically engineered stable chimeric hybrid of multiple Humans (homeworld: Gaia) and spaceborn parasitic lifeform "Jenova". Subject is not to be given blood transfusions from any source, or give blood transfusions to any other, chance of rejection is extreme. Do not vaccinate. Do not attempt sedation that is not magic-based. All other forms of baseline human care are acceptable. Safe to resuscitate, high levels of regeneration guarantee rib fractures or breaks during the process are irrelevant.[Attached are all the bog standard blood tests and evaluations people might expect to get, results are astonishingly uninteresting and human-normal for a sixteen year old male who's only marginally actually human.
OOC note: If this includes medical information from homeworlds, this would be an absolutely EXHAUSTIVE sixteen year long record of every medical procedure you can think of, including a whole lot of unethical and outright torturous ones. Exact birthdate is noncanon, I picked it.]

Psychological Profile
Sephiroth is the product of being raised isolated in a laboratory by a cadre of unethical scientists and is an exceptionally dangerous superhuman combatant; however in spite of being taught his entire life to be a weapon and an experiment, he still has a decently strong moral compass. While dedicated to the tasks he's assigned, he struggles with the basics of cooperation and camaraderie and is suspicious of overt efforts at befriending him, seeing friendship in general as an exploitable weakness best avoided. He has deep traumas that center around loss of family, especially his mother, and strong fear-based learned helplessness responses in medical situations that can be relied on to keep him cooperative even if it is dangerous to do so.He is reliable also in aiding others in distress, including individuals he actively dislikes, though the latter is only if no-one else is on hand to do it for him. He is now driven strongly by possessiveness, curiosity and an interest in meddling, a residual effect of having a dragon's soul grafted to his and later removed. Once he decides something is 'his', Sephiroth can be relied on absolutely to defend that thing or even that person from anyone or anything that might challenge its safety. Although it makes him sick to indulge, he is fond of greasy unhealthy food, especially deep fried things. While trained to be lethal and relentless in combat against even far superior opponents, Sephiroth has also been taught to not cause harm he does not intend to, and civilians are always an unacceptable target.
He has strong fear and distrust of all medical professionals and scientists, especially Professor Hojo of Shinra, though obedient under orders. Has no current friendly associations available, no family available. While he is capable of forming friendships, his wariness of it makes doing so a challenge. One individual is seen as a friend, but is not present at this time. Should she appear, she would be defended as viciously as any other thing he sees as 'his'. He had developed a strong attachment to the now-absent dragon soul he had been grafted to, seeing it as a surrogate parent more than his actual genetic parents.

What would be in their file? Pretty much everything in his application, plus a more detailed copy of his military record (he was involved in some very shady shit) and work as a member of the Reapers (even shadier) before the world ended. One interesting detail is that the woman he's mentioned as his sister, Leah Shaw, is one of his superior officers and they're not related by blood. Up to you whether or not it mentions Leah's son and how Carver was a big part of raising him communally. It will also mention that Carver is infected with something called "Wildfire" but provide sparse details on exactly what that means. Rule of fun, essentially.

Basic Health Profile: Physically in tip-top shape. Mentally a dumpster fire. Immunity to mundane poisons, illnesses, etc. thanks to his supersoldier enhancements. Used to suffer from severe motion sickness, but it's currently suppressed due to his fractured psyche.
Personality: Layered and inconsistent, due to his original memories getting buried by and jumbled up with someone else's. As a young teenager, he was shy and had a hard time making friends. He was also - as a shopkeeper once described him - a "punk-ass little shit," which didn't help. His self-esteem was poor to start with and continued to plummet due to repeated failures, despite the fact that objectively he was extremely competent.

Current personality is the haphazard combination of his own and the individual's whose memories he acquired. Confident, sometimes to the point of arrogance, but competent enough to back it up. Guarded, somewhat antisocial but also lonely, terrible at asking for help or confiding in others. Performs extremely well under pressure or in a crisis, but is very hard on himself. Surprisingly supportive of others despite his apathetic act. Deeply compassionate and empathetic, but tries not to show it. When bits of the "real" or original Cloud shine through the SOLDIER persona, he's still shy and gets self-conscious easily, and has been described as a "lovable doofus" - kind, socially awkward, sensitive, somewhat emotionally immature. Also still a little shit, full of sass and sarcasm. Has a secret desire to be respected and accepted, to feel like he belongs somewhere, and for people to think he's cool and a badass. Has recently learned to open up a little and accept that maybe it's okay to have fun and feel feelings once in a while.
Likes: healthy competition, sports, games, racing, the thrill of a good fight, his sword, animals, playing piano, motorcycles, being useful/helpful
Fears: Sephiroth. Hurting or failing to save someone he cares about. The memory gaps and inconsistencies that make him think there's something very wrong with him. Degradation due to mako treatments.
